Authorized Representative of the National Organization of Educational Testing in Ardakan Announces University Entrance Exam Schedule for 2020

The authorized representative of the National Organization of Educational Testing (Sanjesh) in Ardakan announced that the entrance exam for 1,034 candidates seeking admission to universities nationwide in the year 1399 (2020) will be held in this county over four days starting tomorrow (Wednesday, August 19).

The exams will be conducted in the following educational groups: Arts (84 candidates), Mathematics and Humanities (393 candidates), Experimental Sciences (432 candidates), and Foreign Languages (125 candidates).

Ali Fathzadeh, in an interview with IRNA, stated that the exam is organized under the coordination of Ardakan University. As an innovative measure to reduce anxiety among candidates and their families, in-person visits to the examination centers were permitted until yesterday (Tuesday).

The Vice President for Education and Research at Ardakan University emphasized that, to prevent gatherings of candidates seeking seat location information on exam day and to comply with health protocols, the university has launched a dedicated webpage for candidates at https://ardakan.ac.ir/k۹۹ for the year 1399. Information regarding seat arrangements is published on this page the evening before each exam day.

He urged candidates to ensure they have their exam admission cards and to arrive punctually on exam day. He also requested that families refrain from gathering at the exam venues.

According to Fathzadeh, wearing masks during the exam is mandatory, and candidates are encouraged to practice proper mask use in the days leading up to the exam.

Ardakan County, with a population of approximately 105,000, is located 60 kilometers northwest of Yazd city.
